Last week we checked in on Aja Barto and Ingrid Kantola about their relationships with their dogs, respectively Sorrow and Cora. This week we're keeping the series rolling with Noah Ohlsen and Max.

Noah and Max are pretty inseparable. According to the two-time CrossFit Games competitor, it all started the very day he picked Max up: "That night I took him to the gym and from there he got used to bars clanging."

That was just about 2 years ago and now Noah's got a best bud he can count on no matter what. 

"Max brings balance to my life. Through all the hard work and grinding, Max is there to keep it lighthearted. He puts a smile on my face." We all know what it feels like to hit the gym and get rocked by a tough workout, and it's no different for high level Games competitors on some days. "He makes me feel a little better on tough days and keeps it fun, especially after hard workouts."

Noah found Nulo after realizing just how much Nulo values the relationship between dog and owner. "I'm always movin' and groovin' and Nulo helps Max keep up with me and keeps him happy and healthy."
