Between the first episode of Road To The Games which is centered around Ben Smith and Katrin Davidsdottir and the second episode with Rich Froning, Austin Malleolo, and Spencer Hendel, CrossFit has really stepped up their game when it comes to covering their athletes. The trend continues with episode three which follows Jacob Heppner and Brooke Wells through an absolutely bananas day of training.
