Ever wondered what the 6-foot-9, 400-pound 'Mountain' from Game of Thrones eats on a regular basis?
The answer: All of the things.
Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson, the star of the HBO show and a powerlifter, detailed his daily diet on Facebook this week and it nearly broke the Internet.
Björnsson eats at least every two hours and usually more often than that. Some of the highlights:
-- Eight eggs, 400 grams of beef and 400 grams of sweet potatoes -- before 10 a.m.
-- 150 grams of Kellogg's Rice Krispies (yeah, that's right) following a lunch containing 400 grams of chicken and 400 grams of potatoes
-- Six more eggs plus an avocado, 30 grams of almonds and 50 grams of peanut butter at 10:30 p.m.
"Yes this is a lot & I don't recommend YOU to try this!!" Björnsson wrote.
No kidding. One meal could feed a family of four for a week. Björnsson posted some pictures of his meals on Instagram as well.

The star of his social media, though, is his tiny Pomeranian, who Björnsson has given his own Instagram page. Obviously, he's a gentle giant.

"The Mountain," who hails from Iceland, is currently preparing to compete in the 2016 World's Strongest Man event coming up this summer. Björnsson finished second in the competition two years ago.
If that fails, there's always the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest.
