Eddie Hall Deadlifts 500kg For A New World Record!
Eddie "The Beast" Hall has been talking about pulling 500kg for a long time and he'd promised it would go down at the 2016 World Deadlift Championships at Europe's Strongest Man. He's truly a man of his word!

After smoking a then World Record 465kg (also pulled by Benni Magnusson and Jerry Pritchett), the bar was moved up to 500kg. Hall was the only athlete successfully able to deadlift the weight and is now the record holder for heaviest deadlift of all time.
