Ray Williams is one of the greatest raw powerlifters of all time, and he proved it Sunday at USAPL Nationals with an incredible 1,005lb squat.


According to Powerlifting Watch, this is not only the heaviest no-wraps raw squat of all time, it's also the first-ever 1,000lb-plus no-wraps raw squat. The best part about this lift is that Williams leaves no doubt about its depth by absolutely burying it into the hole before driving it up to a standing position.
