Last week I took a look at the heaviest Big Clean Complexes ever and set the world record at 275lb by Hyun-Ho Kim of South Korea. In case you forgot, here's the big clean complex:

Find a heavy set in the following complex:
  • 1 high hang squat clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 squat clean from the ground + 1 push press +
  • 1 high hang squat clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 squat clean from the ground + 1 push jerk +
  • 1 high hang squat clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 squat clean from the ground + 1 split jerk

Step aside Hyun-Ho Kim, there's a new sheriff in town. Jeff Evans threw down the gauntlet and blew Kim's 275lb out of the water with this insane 285lb set:

I see you, Jeff Evans. Long live the King.
