Sean Woodland is in Madison, Wisconsin with Dave Castro, Katrin Davidsdottir, and Sara Sigmundsdottir for 17.5 and Woodland has given us our best look so far at the inside of the future home of the CrossFit Games, The Alliant Energy Center:

The first thing to understand is that the venue will look way different for the Games than it does here. The lighting will be different, the floor will have rigs and other equipment, and there will be a ton of screaming fans yelling at people to exercise super fast.

It's still too early to know exactly how it'll all turn out, but we may just get a sneak peak at what it'll look like on Thursday for the 17.5 Open Announcement!
