*use 80-85% of your max

Conditioning

AMRAP 20:

50 foot sandbag carry
10 sandbag squats
200m run

*use sandbags between 75% and 100% of your bodyweight. If you don't have bags like that, get some and use heavy kettlebells in the front rack in this workout.
