Pull Up Practice

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
  • ​5 strict pull ups

*if that's too easy, add weight, or go strict chest to bar, or both

Accessory Stuff

3 rounds for quality:
  • ​1000m row
  • 16 turkish get ups (53/35, 8 each side)
  • 12 single leg kettlebell deadlifts (12 each side)
  • 8 weighted kettlebell sit ups
