2 3-count paused front squats

*add weight every 3 rounds and go heavy at the end

Conditioning

Tabata Mash Up

push ups
kettlebell swings (53/35, USA)
toes to bar
wall ball (20/10)

*rotate through each movement with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest until you've gone through 4 rounds of each (total of 16 minutes)
