Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:
  • 1st set – 5 deadlifts
  • 2nd set – 4 deadlifts
  • 3rd set – 3 deadlifts
  • 4th set – 2 deadlifts
  • 5th set – 1 deadlift

B. Conditioning

Tabata mash up:
  • Air squats
  • V-hold
  • Kettlebell swings (70/53, Russian)
  • Plank hold
