We're another prelim closer to one of the leading fitness events to take over the Southeast region. The final workouts were released this morning and there's a 100% chance they will leave the body a little toasty.

Prelim #4


Pro/Rx, Masters 35-39, Team Rx
AMRAP 8 minutes:
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/153)
  • 12 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Wall Ball Shots (20# to a 10' target/14# to a 9' target)
Masters 40-44 | Masters 45+
AMRAP 8 minutes:
  • 10 Deadlifts (185/123)
  • 12 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Wall Ball Shots (20# to 10' target/14# to 9' target)
Amateur/Novice, Team Amateur/Novice
AMRAP 8 minutes:
  • 10 Deadlifts (165/103)
  • 12 ButterFly Sit-ups
  • 15 Wall Ball Shots (20# to 10' target/14# to 9' target)
