Conditioning

In teams of two, complete the following:
  • ​200 kettlebell swings (70/53, Russian)
  • 180 wall ball (20/14)
  • 1600m medball run
  • 140 medball sit ups
  • 120 burpees

*split it up between the two of you however you'd like, one person works while the other rests
