Team USA Continues To Medal At 2017 IWF Junior Pan Ams
Team USA continues to hold strong as they continue represent the country at the 2017 Junior Pan-Ams in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Both the men and the women have been doing phenomenally well as we go into the final days of competition.

Mason Groehler (77) snatched 140kg/308lb and clean and jerked 160kg/352lb for a 300kg total, winning silver in the snatch, bronze in the clean and jerk and silver in the total.

Josh Piasecki (85) snatched 130kg/286lb and clean and jerked 354lb for a 291 total, winning bronze in the clean and jerk as well as bronze in the total.

Michael Cohen (94) snatched 136kg/299lb to win bronze in the snatch but unfortunately was not able to make a total.

Meredith Alwine (69) snatched 87kg/191lb and clean and jerked 115kg/253lb for a 202kg total winning her bronze in the snatch, silver in the clean and jerk and silver in the total! Not only did she win silver, but this 115kg clean and jerk was a 7kg competition PR!

Jessie Bradley (75) snatched 90kg/198lb and clean and jerked 118kg/260lb for a 208kg total, earning her silver across the board in snatch, clean and jerk and total. This brings the number of medals from today alone to 13!

Huge shoutout to Steve Galvan and Sick Angles for all the high quality footage from Junior Pan Ams! Stay tuned for more updates as Team USA continues to crush it at the 2017 Junior Pan-Ams.
