Handstand Skill Work

Accumulate 100 shoulder taps. You can either climb up a wall while facing it, kick up to a wall, or try free standing.

Conditioning

AMRAP 20 minutes:
  • ​20 plate facing burpees
  • 20 overhead plate lunges 
  • 200m plate carry

*men use a 45lb plate, women use a 35lb plate.
