2017 CrossFit Games Rookie Bethany Branham Ascends A Swinging Pegboard
2017 CrossFit Games rookie qualifier Bethany Branham showed up out of nowhere to earn her spot at the Games and she's getting ready to prove she isn't a fluke. She just put up a video of herself ascending a "freestanding pegboard" which is a pegboard hanging off a rig from the top peg:

She's spent her time since qualifying working on her capacity and her skills with various things, including the elusive barbell we didn't see at Regionals:

That's definitely one way to make pegboards even harder and since we've seen them show up in the final workout at the Games two years in a row, it makes sense to practice the pegboard and all its odd variations.
