Wesley Claborn Sets A Keg Over Bar World Record With 520lb

Strongman Wesley Claborn took 3rd overall at the 2017 Mid-Atlantic Strongman Challenge behind David Daly and Robert Oberst and in the process setting a new world record in the keg over bar event with an easy 520lb load.

He's clearly strong enough to get more weight up, but having already won the event, he decided to pass on an further attempts. "The load itself is pretty easy, but getting it off the floor could be dangerous on the bicep so I didn't feel the need to keep going."
