Biggest Lifts (And Other Stuff Too!) You Missed, 6/18/15 Edition
There's just too much happening on social media these days. Luckily for you, we don't have anything else to do all day. Here are the biggest lifts (and other stuff too!) you missed, 6/18/15 edition.

You've probably never heard of him, but Idalberto Aranda was a weightlifter for Cuba in the late 90s and he's freaky strong. In this video he squats 638x2 at just about 158 pounds bodyweight. Let's do the math: he's squatting 4 times his bodyweight for a double. I think "Aranda" might be Spanish for "ant".

Kevin Simons qualified for the Games out of the West Regional this year, placing third behind Lucas Parker and Cole Sager. He makes this 396 pound split jerk look easy. Even better, he jerks inside the blocks which sometimes isn't really that great of an idea...

...as demonstrated by fellow Games competitor Scott Panchik. Here's Scott with a 400 pound jerk from and in the blocks. He gets it and then he...doesn't? I dunno, someone'll have to do a frame by frame to see if that counts.

Mandi Janowitz isn't just fit, she's athletic. You can tell because she not only owns but can handle a basketball. I'm still working on dribbling between my legs without dramatically picking up one of my legs. But seriously, it only counts if you do it on both legs, so we're waiting Mandi.

Ah Dan Weierich. I've been trying to figure this one out for a while. I've heard he was a wrestler, a sprinter, and that he's making a move into weightlifting and if you follow him on instagram all of those things seem possible. Here he is squatting 585 for 2 then very daintily replacing the bar onto the rack.

There you have it, the biggest lifts and other awesome stuff you missed from 6/18/15. If you're falling behind, check out the previous installments:
