In Case You Missed It, Weekend Edition!
There's just too much happening on social media these days. Luckily for you, we don't have anything else to do all day. Here are the biggest lifts (and other stuff too!) you missed, weekend edition 6/19/15-6/21/15.

Jacob Hutton's left leg is stronger than you. He's on Hack's Pack and when the one legged snatch grip RDLs show up in the Games, he's ready to crush some faces.

Nick Urankar probably has the biggest clean of any Games athlete. That's a solid lift at 395. Also, he apparently lifts with a crowd watching because damn there are a lot of people yelling at him in the video.

Dan Weierich is still crazy strong, still an enigma wrapped in a mystery. Here he is pulling 600 pounds from a 4 plate deficit. I wonder what that translates to for a heavy single off the floor...

675. Dan was kind enough to pull off the floor just a day after pulling deficit. What does he weigh? Where is he lifting? Why is that trainer in the background mirin so hard? Some questions will never be answered.

Mikko Salo's "building" his aerobic base (and embarrassing all of us at the same time). In case you're wondering what you're seeing here it's 5 2000m rows at a sub 7 minute pace with 3 minutes rest in between. Also in case you're wondering, that's insane.

Sam Dancer's the only one allowed to lift like this. Here we can see Sam completely "Dancering" this weight. What's "Dancering"? Well, I don't suggest trying this at home, but here are the movement standards for "Dancering" something:

First, you should have no idea what the weight on the bar is. This is "at least 360".

Second, you've gotta derp the movement real hard. I mean get real awkward with it. You should essentially be able to screen cap any piece of the movement and it should be a case of "you definitely shouldn't do that".

Lastly, make sure to shoutout your wife or husband in an unrelated hashtag.

Seriously though, this is insanely strong and also plain insane considering Sam straight up broke his kneecap 6 months ago.

Kris Clever won the CrossFit Games before it was cool to win the CrossFit Games. She's also still incredibly fit, with some sweet skills on her hands. Seriously, her Instagram handle is "cleverhandz" so this makes a lot of sense.

Donny Shankle is still bigger than you, and here he is proving it with a 180kg clean and jerk this past weekend at Cal Strength. The Lion Killer is probably the most badass nickname I've ever heard and Shankle never disappoints. Just listen to him tell a story about nearly getting mugged at Disneyland in Europe.

There you have it, the biggest lifts and other awesome stuff you missed from 6/19/15 to 6/21/15. If you're falling behind, check out the previous installments:
