The University of Redlands football team opened last season with three losses, before winning two of its next three games.

The team went on to finish 3-7 overall and 3-5 in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, which was good for second place in the conference’s Sun Division. The campaign concluded with a 24-0 loss to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps in the third-place game.

Jim Good has been the head coach at Redlands since 2021 and is looking to repeat the success he found in his debut at the helm, during which he helped the Bulldogs to an 8-2 record, the conference title and a spot in the NCAA Division III Playoffs.

In 2025, Redlands will play five road games, four games at home at Ted Runner Stadium in Redlands, California, and one game with a location determined by the final conference standings.

The new season will get underway at home Sept. 6 against George Fox University.

Can Good be great in 2025 and get the Bulldogs back to the mountaintop in the SCIAC?
