FloElite is excited to announce that it will, for the first time ever, LIVE stream the Canadian Senior Weightlifting Championships. Comprehensive coverage of the event, including live results, event previews and archived videos will accompany FloElite's LIVE broadcast from May 16th-17th, 2015. On-air commentary will be provided by Louis Dauphin.

A field of 150+ will compete for national titles at the Canadian Senior Weightlifting Championships in the following weight classes:

MEN
56kg, 62kg, 69kg, 77kg, 85kg, 94kg, 105kg, 105kg+

WOMEN
48kg, 53kg, 58kg, 63kg, 69kg, 75kg, 75kg+ 

Men will compete from 9am-7pm on the 16th. Women will compete from 9am-5pm on the the 17th. 

The event will is highlighted by a slew of weigtlifting superstars, including Olympians Marilou Dozois-Prevost and Francis Luna-Grenier. Fans at home are also expected to keep a close eye on 16-year-old Nikolai Varbanov (the son of legendary Bulgarian weightlifter, Alex Varbanov). Other notable elites include: Isabelle Despres, Marie-Josee Ares-Pilon, Kristel Ngarlem, Marie-Eve Beauchemin-Nadeau, Pascal Plomondon and Jessica Ruel and  Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist, Georges Kobaladze.
