Here's Maddy's 118kg/260lb clean & jerk which not only set a new Junior American Record on its own, it also helped her set a new Total record as well. While she didn't get a chance to compete in the max clean & jerk event at the 2015 CrossFit Games, this lift would have been 1st place by 18lbs.

So what's this mean for her Olympic dreams? It definitely helps. The remaining two women's spots on Team USA will be decided based on the "ability to medal" criteria, in which the lifters best total is compared to the ATM standard, the average of the third place total from the previous 5 World Championships. Obviously setting several new American Records will do a lot to help her claim a spot and she's still got the actual Olympic Trials in June.
