The day has come to a close for Team USA in Tbilisi, Georgia. Junior Worlds wrapped up with these two talented lifters:
Tom SummaSumma had a great meet—he went 3/6 with a 327kg personal record total in competition. He was credited with his opening snatch at 145kg, as well as his third clean-and-jerk at 182kg. Tom finished eighth overall in the 94kg weight category, as the highest lifter of the B session.

Dylan CooperUnfortunately, after making his opening snatch at 135kg, Dylan Cooper (94kg) withdrew due to a possible herniation of a lumbar disc after the coaching and medical staff with the USA Junior Team agreed it would be best. Dylan is a young lifter with many years left on the platform. We wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him back in action soon.
