Bell's Palsy causes temporary paralysis of one side of the face which usually goes away after a few weeks but can last up to several months. While one half of The Mountain's face is paralyzed, he's still ready and prepped to compete at Europe's Strongest Man as demonstrated by his dominant performance in the truck pull event on Friday where he took first place.
