Team USA Earns More Medals At Junior Pan Ams!

It's been an exciting couple days of competition at the 2017 IWF Junior Pan Am Championships, and Team USA has earned several medals with some awesome performances.

Jordan Wissinger (69) had quite the performance yesterday at the Junior Pan Am Championships, snatching 127kg/279lb to give him silver in the snatch along with bronze overall. Not only is Wissinger a dedicated athlete, but a full time student as well in hopes to pursue a career in Athletic Training out of Alvernia University. Wissinger trains out of Garage Strength under coach Dane Miller along with 4 other competitors representing Team USA while in Ecuador.

Wodapalooza 2020 is officially a wrap. Let’s talk about what went down on the fourth and final day of competition and who’s walking away with the CrossFit Games invites. The Elite individuals and teams competed two events on the Sunday. The first event, ‘Down-Up,’ put athletes through a brutal couplet of heavy deadlifts and bar-facing burpees. The second and final event of the day, ‘Celebrate Life,’ was a chipper that required high-power output and sound strategy.
