The Mountain That Squats is at it again. Hafthor Bjornsson, who took second place at World's Strongest Man 2017 in Gaborone, Botswana, has made it clear he's got his sights set on doing some incredible things, including breaking Eddie Hall's 500kg deadlift record and most recently squatting over 1000lb in just wraps.

On the road to that squat goal, Bjornsson just easily squatted an insane 400kg/881lb for a double:

According to Thor, he's looking to squat 455kg/1003lb in the next few weeks. That would be an incredible feat of strength and I can't wait to see it happen.
