2018 Wodapalooza Kicks Off With The Weightlifting Challenge
2018 Wodapalooza will kick off with the weightlifting challenge, a bracketed tournament style one-on-one weightlifting competition.
In 2017, Wodapalooza introduced a brand new bracketed, one-on-one weightlifting tournament taking place on Thursday before the competition kicked off and the result was an exciting and epic day of big lifts from great weightlifters. In 2018, the WZA Weightlifting Face Off is back!
Last year, we saw Matt "Mighty Mouse" Rattay and Nick Urankar face off in the finals for an explosive finale to a very exciting event format.
This year, the competition is even more intense since all the athletes had to qualify in order to participate. And all of this happens on Thursday before the big show kicks off on Friday with more than 1700 athletes, 25000 spectators, and a weekend full of fitness madness.
