After many rumors and lots of speculation, the World’s Strongest Man has announced that the 2018 competition will be held in Manila, Philippines. 

They have also shared the dates for the Qualifiers which will be held between April 28-May 1. 

The World’s Strongest Man finals will happen on May 5 and 6. 

Last year’s battle saw Eddie Hall take the top of the podium with Hafthor Bjornsson claiming second and Brian Shaw finishing in third. 

With Eddie Hall "officially retiring" from the World’s Strongest Man competition it will interesting to see how the podium will shake out this year. Can Thor win it all? Will Big Z return to top form or is Brian Shaw going to earn a historic fifth title? Maybe Hall will return and want another taste of the top of the podium. We can't wait to find out.
