Dave Castro's 18.4 Hints Highlight The Fact That He's Actually Trying
This week we got not one but two hints from Dave Castro for CrossFit Games Open 18.4
Dave Castro's newest hints don't really give us any info on what to expect from 18.4, but they do highlight the terrifying fact that he's actually trying to communicate with us.
Let's take a look.
For good measure, Castro also posted to his Twitter:
If you guys thought the first 3 tests were good. Wait until #18point4. That’s going to be something special. pic.twitter.com/EaukE9RGhf

So what does it all mean for 18.4? I'm still convinced we're going to have strict handstand push ups this year, so maybe the dog sniffing the egg or the picture of the 16.4 on the whiteboard has something to do with that. I guess strict 16.4 would be pretty terrifying as an Open workout.
The real news here is that Dave Castro took the effort to balance an egg on a stone to communicate whatever it is he's trying to communicate. Up until now, I was convinced he would take photos of something that just happened to be near him and add whichever hashtag was appropriate for that week.
