Just like that, the 2018 CrossFit Open is finished.

Over the course of the last five weeks, we had multiple CrossFit athletes take over our Instagram account for the day to give you a look into how they approach Open workouts.

18.1: Alison Scudds - Peak 360

We started things off at Peak 360 with Alison Scudds taking on 18.1.

18.2: Christian Lucero - CrossFit Costa Mesa

We then turned over the reins to our account to CrossFit Game's athlete and hair god Christian Lucero. Lucero took us through 18.2 and 18.2a as well as watching his wife Jessica Lucero compete at the Arnold.

18.3: Liz Adams - CrossFit Union Square

After 18.2, we headed to the other side of the country and had Liz Adams take over for the avalanche of doubles that was 18.3 at CrossFit Union Square.

18.4: Tim Paulson - CrossFit Pallas

For the fourth week of the Open, we were lucky enough to have "T-Rex" Tim Paulson make time in his busy Friday Night Lights schedule at CrossFit Pallas to take over our account. Highlights include coffee, doggos, and a freakish amount of fitness.

18.5: Bethany Shadburne - Streamline CrossFit & Alec Smith - CrossFit Krypton

We pulled a double feature for 18.5—having two rookie Games athletes takeover for the final workout of 2018, Bethany Shadburne in Texas and Alec Smith in Virginia. The main thing to look for here is really just Bethany's dog Bella and Alec's pup Anakin; they stole the show.
