With the success of the Arnold Classic strongman world wide, the Arnold strongman is now in it’s 6th continent as it heads to the Arnold Classic Asia Hong Kong in it’s first year.The first Arnold strongman classic dates back to 2002, where wrestling hall of fame super star, Mark Henry won the first ever strongman title.
