Cole Sager Ascending Snatch Ladder

Cole Sager dominates the first event of the 2014 Kill Cliff All Cities Open, the ascending snatch ladder. Weights range from (in pounds): 195, 205, 215, 225, 235, 245, 255, 265. Since its inception in 2008, the All-Cities Open has been one of the premiere tests of fitness in the South Central Region. In its 6th year, the All-Cities Open competition is taking place in the heart of Dallas, Texas.
