Brooke Ence was the obvious stand out in the first event of the 2014 Kill Cliff All Cities Open: the ascending snatch ladder. Weights range from (in pounds): 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155. Since its inception in 2008, the All-Cities Open has been one of the premiere tests of fitness in the South Central Region. In its 6th year, the All-Cities Open competition is taking place in the heart of Dallas, Texas.
