Caine Wilkes Clean and Jerks 500 Lbs

Team MDUSA member Caine Wilkes closed out the MDUSA Open with a huge Clean and Jerk of 227kg/500lbs. The last American CJ of 500lbs or more was at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens of 237.5kg/523 lbs by Shane Hamman. The last time an American clean and jerked 500lbs or more on an American Barbell was Mark Cameron at York Barbell in 1980.
