Pat "The Cannon" Castelli is a two-time national champion and a world champion strongman in the lightweight division. He competed in and won the inaugural Cascade Strongman Classic as a middleweight, competing against strongman 30 to 40 pounds heavier than him. In the max deadlift event, Castelli had already taken first place then called for 655lb in order to put on a show for the crowd. 

"Not bad for chicken legs" indeed.
