Liefia Ingalls Wins The First Ever Pro Strongwoman Arnold Championships

Liefia Ingalls wasn't a favorite to win the 2017 Arnold Pro Strongwoman Championships. She was set to do well in a handful of the events, but as one of the smaller competitors in an open division, size and strength might have been an issue.

That is, until the show started and Liefia showed everyone what she's made of. This is the first Arnold Pro Strongwoman Show and Liefia Ingalls is its first Champion. We caught up with her to chat about the show, her performance, and how it feels to break new ground.
