There's just too much happening on social media these days. Luckily for you, we don't have anything else to do all day. Here are the biggest lifts (and other stuff too!) you missed, 6/22/15.

Donovan Ford is one of the best weightlifters in the US and here he is jerking 215kg worth of spinners. That's 473lbs, or approximately one Rick Ross circa 2006's "Hustlin".

Jamie Hagiya almost qualified for the Games in 2014 and competed at Regionals in 2015 after recovering from a torn achilles in the off season. Based on this 185 snatch + overhead squat, I'd say she's healed up nicely. She's also got her hairflip game down strong, flipping that pony tail back with zest and verve.

Nick Sorrel is a magician who occasionally coaches gymnastics for Brute Strength. See if you can catch the sleight of hand here as he does 3 clapping freestanding handstand push ups in a row. If this was the Middle Ages, he'd be the counselor to a king someplace and we'd be telling legends about him 600 years later.

James Townsend is a special kind of athlete. A really, really explosive and special kind of athlete. For example, he can power snatch 330. And power clean 405. I think he's got some power.

Sam Briggs is training for the Games and has a faster 5k row time than you or I do. An 18:52.7 5k row where the first 750m is its own sprint is pretty impressive considering I want to crawl into a cave and die after any sprint on the erg.

Kenny Leverich may not be going to the Games this year, but he sure is strong. Also, either he's lifting in an old church or the walls of his gym are made from wood reclaimed from an antique French monastery.

There you have it, the biggest lifts and other awesome stuff you missed from 6/22/15. If you're falling behind, check out the previous installments:
