The Fittest Man On Earth isn't messing around. Ben Smith showed up and showed up big in week 2 of the 2016 CrossFit Games Open with a 16:54 finish, putting him 6 seconds ahead of Rich Froning and 36 seconds ahead of Mat Fraser.

Overall, Josh Bridges is in 1st with Noah Ohlsen close behind after repeating 16.2 to make up for missing out on completing the workout.

Women's 16.2


Kara Webb absolutely DESTROYED 16.2, finishing with a time of 15:07 which is nearly a minute faster than Brooke Wells and nearly 2 minutes faster than reigning Fittest On Earth, Katrin Davidsdottir.


Emily Bridgers stays in the top spot after two weeks, finishing in 8th overall on 16.2

Based on the scores, 16.2 was certainly an easier workout for the best women compared to the best men. There were only 33 men who finished the event compared to 60 on the women's side.
