Yesterday, Josh Bridges was docked big points from his score on 16.4 by Crossfit HQ. Watch his response.
Josh Bridges already had something to prove after missing the 2015 CrossFit Games, and now, with an even bigger chip on his shoulder after his 16.4 score was reduced, he's fired up. Enter 16.5, a redo of 14.5 which Josh Bridges won in 2014.
