Ben Smith is the Fittest Man On Earth for several reasons, and his work ethic is one of them. Mark Bell of Super Training Gym just released this video of a day of Ben Smith's training. Here are the details of what he did that day as well as a whole different training day's worth of workouts:

Morning team workout with Alec Smith -

In teams of two for time:
20 legless rope climbs
80 thrusters (135)
40 muscle ups
100 cal on assault bike in under 3 min

Early afternoon squat session -

Squats up to a heavy single
(hits 485)

Evening session in his garage -

2 rounds:
50 cal row
50 push ups
50 GHD sit ups

..then..

10-8-6-4-2:
DB snatch
2x strict pull ups
