Are you having trouble finding motivation to do that WOD on the board? Is it a little tougher to find that mojo you need to knock out more reps, take seconds off your time, and push yourself to be your best like you have many times in the past? Well keep your eyes on this page because you’re about to get your weekly dose of inspiration via Instagram and the world class athletes preparing for the 2016 CrossFit Games. We’re following the men, women, and teams that will compete in a few short weeks to see who can call themselves the fittest on the planet.
