Workout 3 
9 minutes:
  • 4 rounds:
    • 10 toes-to-bar
      • Scaled = Hanging knee raises
    • 20 dumbbell step ups (35#/24")(25#/20")
  • Then...
  • Max muscle ups in remaining time
    • Scaled = Chest to bar pull ups

Score is muscle ups. 4 round couplet time is the tiebreaker.


Workout 4
5 minutes to find a 5-rep max thruster.
