The final workouts for the 2016 Cascade Classic Qualifier are here. 

Workout 5 
12 minutes:
  • 5 power cleans
    • Elite/Rx = 195/135
    • Masters = 165/115
    • Scaled = 125/85
  • 7 bar facing burpees
  • 9 pull ups 

Workout 6 
10 minutes:
  •  2k row
  • Max distance handstand walk
    • Scaled = Max wall walks
Mark off 5' sections. 5' per rep on handstand walk.


Scores must be submitted by Monday August 22nd at 7pm CT. Then, see where you stand on the leaderboard.
