Ray Williams Crushes 1052lb Squat In Training
Ray Williams squats 1052lb in training leading up to World Championships.
Ray Williams is quickly becoming one of the greatest squatters of all time with some incredible lifts and he's improving at an even more incredible rate. He just squatted 1052lb at a seminar and made it look easy:
Williams already owns the World Record for the squat at 1052, which he hit in competition at the Arnold in March, but with World Championships just a few weeks away it looks like he's got his eyes set on more.
What do you think he's good for at Worlds?
