Event 9, 3D Throw, is a total distance test built around three throws, while Event 10, Run Hang Squat Clean, brings a four-round race that pairs 660-meter runs with 10 hang squat cleans.

Both events give the field another chance to move up the leaderboard as the Games continue through the weekend.
The individual athletes compete again on Friday after their break, with Event 9 and Event 10 both featured in the day’s broadcast.

Individual Event 10: Run Hang Squat Clean
4 rounds for time of:
- 660-meter run
- 10 hang squat cleans
Women: 155-pound short barbell
Men: 225-pound short barbell
