Rich Froning
Rich Froning is the most recent to confirm his appearance at the Kill Cliff East Coast Championship Competitors Division. He is known for being crowned the Fittest On Earth for four consecutive years. His most notable strengths are anything to do with a barbell as well as his immaculate engine. Will Rich take the podium this year, or will one of the newbies replace him?

Chris Spealler
Chris Spealler is out of Park City Utah and is one of the OGs of CrossFit. He is best known for his amazing capacity and incredible strength. He is a master of any and all body weight movements making him a dangerous opponent in any workout heavy on the gymnastics side. This past July, Chris decided to throw in the towel on his Games career and leave on a good note. Will he stay in retirement if he takes podium and crushes his opponents at the ECC?

Cole Sager
Cole is from Washington state and has only been doing CrossFit since 2013. Being new to the sport, Cole has quite the resume. After qualifying his first year for regionals, he came back this year to dominate his region and place 13th at The CrossFit Games. He shows up ready to throw down at any competition he does and we can’t wait to see him in action at the Kill Cliff East Coast Championships!

Mat Fraser
Fraser has an Olympic lifting background and is best known for his incredulous technique that doesn’t seem to sway even under stress. He is relatively new to the sport but hasn’t wasted anytime in making the CrossFit world aware of his presence. Mat has dominated the sport since beginning his journey and doesn’t show any signs of slowing down. The 24-year old is the returning champ of the ECC, will he be “the new Froning” and continue to take this podium?

Cody Anderson may be new to the Kill Cliff East Coast Championships, but he’s no stranger to competing. He qualified for regionals his first year of doing CrossFit in 2013 and dominated his region in 2014. Although he may be a smaller athlete, don’t let his size fool you. Cody is a hybrid athlete and can keep up with the best of them!
