ICYMI: Noah Ohlsen Dianes Way Faster Than You
There's just too much happening on social media these days. Luckily for you, we don't have anything else to do all day. Here are the biggest lifts (and other stuff too!) you missed for 6/30/15.

Noah Ohlsen is pretty fit and he fitnesses harder, faster, and with more fitnessitude than you do. Here he is with a 1:43 Diane. Let's break that down for funsies:

Diane consists of 90 reps of which 45 are deadlifts and 45 are handstand push ups. Total tonnage moved, assuming Noah weighs 185lbs, is 18,450lbs. Total time involved here is 103 seconds.

That's just over 1 second per rep, or what is commonly referred to HOLY SHIT THAT'S FAST. The difference between someone who has a chance at winning the Games vs someone who's just a Diane specialist is that Noah had also done Fran as well as two longer pieces before this.

Fun fact: Dan Bailey did Diane in 1:35...in 2012.

Jacob Heighes didn't make it to the Games this year, but he's training really hard for 2016. One of the things that brought him down at Regionals was distractions during the workouts so he's come up with an effective and unique solution to master this issue.

There you have it, the biggest lifts and other awesome stuff you missed from 6/30/15. If you're falling behind, check out the previous installments:
