CrossFit Games Sanctions More Athletes For Failed Drug Tests
We already knew about Richard Bohlken, but now there are three other names to add to the list of athletes who have had sanctions imposed by CrossFit.

Steve Pinkerton, who placed 6th in his region during the Open and 14th overall at Regionals, and Elia Navarro, who placed 7th in her region during the Open and 10th overall at her Regional, have accepted 2 year sanctions for testing positive for banned substances during in competition testing at Regionals.

Pinkerton, 34, tested positive for "the anti-estrogens Anastrozole and Letrozole, as well as 19-norandrosterone, a metabolite of the anabolic substance Nandrolone" and Navarro, 33, tested positive for Oxandrolone. Pinkerton and Navarro are eligible to return to CrossFit sanctioned events starting with the 2018 Open.

The third sanction is for Ryan Fischer, who was suspended for one year for providing inaccurate information on his whereabouts, not cooperating with the Drug Free Sport agents, and not reporting for his test.
