Alex Anderson and Grace Dresher!
After a full day of fun and grueling events, Alex Anderson and Grace Dresher have taken the top spots at the 2015 Cascade Classic, winning $4,000 each. The women's Elite division was a close race with Grace Dresher and Margaux Alvarez tied for first only for a tie breaker to give the title to Grace Dresher. The men's side of the competition wasn't as close as Alex Anderson handily closed out his day of competition with 2 first place finishes back to back.
Check out the rest of our interviews from the day including a quickie with women's runner up Margaux Alvarez about how riding amazing the escalator feels after a tough event, getting into off season competition with 5 time Games competitor Tyson Takasaki, going over mustache tips with Cody Anderson, and how it feels to be the best CrossFitter in a family of CrossFitters with Alex Anderson.
The first day was all individual events and tomorrow we've got some big names competing in the team competition. Not only will both Alex Anderson and Grace Dresher be back to throw down with teams, we'll also see two Invictus Teams, Margaux Alvarez, and a whole bunch of other badass athletes so tune in and catch the action LIVE!
