Legless rope climbs (15'/12')
Squat cleans (285/195)
Dumbbell squat snatches (100/70)
6 minute cap
..rest 2 minutes..
6.1 -
For time:
50 clean & jerks (115/85)
*anytime the athlete breaks for longer than 3 seconds, they must complete a 20 foot rope climb (feet allowed)
